Versatile Connectivity
▶ The sensor connects internally to the Ethernet network of the expansion module (VLAN 20) to transmit the force data. Upon request UART communication can be used alternatively
▶ The sensor integrates an Ethernet switch to preserve an Ethernet connection for the end-effector or user-designed tool.
▶ More than one sensor can be stacked on top of each other for advanced applications.
Robotiq Kinova Gripper ready
▶ The sensor has been designed to mount directly on the robot's flange without any external cabling. It repeats the mechanical and electrical interface of the robot, making it compatible with every tool that is compatible with the Kinova Gen3 robot, like the Robotiq gripper.

Medical Ready
▶ The sensor has a smooth body designed without any external cables, cavities or sharp edges, ensuring a smooth, cleanable and sterilizable surface.
▶ The sensor also incorporates o-ring sealing in both mechanical flanges according to Kinova's standard for ingress protection.
ISO 50 Adapter Compatible
▶ ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 standard cobot tool flange.
▶ Male M8 8-pin connector:
- IOs
- RS485
- Power with selectable voltage levels (24,12,5V).
▶ Female M8 4-pin connector for Ethernet communication internally through the robot.
